Through the years Dolphin Tours has had the opportunity to employ many different individuals from all over the United States. We have had individuals with various different backgrounds. Our staff has been made up mostly of students looking for summer work and adventure. Many business students have enjoyed the challenge in the travel and tourism industry. In addition, there are excellent customer service skills attained in this service industry.
Also, we have had many animal experts work with us as naturalists. This is usually a position many individuals desire. This position is an excellent combination of days on the water and contact with the amazing wildlife in Alaska.
